Twin500 | Battery-Powered Vacuum Lifter 500kg, Dual System (or Single)

The Twin500 battery-powered vacuum lifter (500 kg capacity) is designed for customers who appreciate the user-friendly features of our V500 and SP models, but require a dual vacuum system. It is equipped with four suction pads, distributed evenly across the load and connected crosswise across two independent systems. When you like model but do not need the dual system, we provide this machine with the very popular quick change system, availabel high or low or with RC.

This lifter features a dual vacuum system, consisting of 2 pumps, 2 tanks, and 2 batteries. Thanks to this dual system, the Twin500 meets Safety Class 3* standards.

Important Notice:
A vacuum lifter does not form a fixed connection with the load. Therefore, fall protection must always be used, and the drop zone must be cleared. This applies to all vacuum lifters, regardless of safety class, whenever lifting heights exceed 1.8 meters.
