V400 Battery-Powered Vacuum Lifter – Exceptionally Light, Impressively Powerful
The V400 battery-powered vacuum lifter has been developed for professionals who want maximum lifting performance combined with an exceptionally low dead weight. While many vacuum lifters become heavy and cumbersome as lifting capacity increases, the V400 proves there is another way. Compact, easy to handle and still powerful enough to lift loads of up to 400 kg.
Its low weight makes a significant difference in everyday use. The V400 is easier to transport, quicker to position on site and much more convenient to move to upper floors or locations where every kilogram matters. At the same time, it provides the strength and stability required for professional glass installation.
Lifting capacity up to 400 kg
Despite its compact construction, the V400 offers an impressive lifting capacity of up to 400 kg. This makes it suitable for lifting and positioning large glass panels as well as other smooth, airtight materials.
The V400 has been designed as a practical working machine: no unnecessary weight or overly complicated technology, but exactly what you need to work safely, efficiently and with full control.
Secure Hold – additional safety for up to 20 minutes
Safety always comes first when working with vacuum lifting equipment. That is why the V400 is equipped with our Secure Hold system.
In the event of an unexpected malfunction or power failure, the vacuum can be maintained for up to approximately 20 minutes. This provides the operator with an important additional safety reserve and sufficient time to move the load into a safe and controlled position.
The Secure Hold system not only provides additional protection, but also greater peace of mind while working. You know that the load will not immediately lose its vacuum grip if something unexpected happens to the power supply.
Ideal for glass positioned deeper inside the frame
One of the V400’s particularly practical advantages is its ability to handle glass that is recessed deeper within a window or façade frame.
Thanks to its construction, the vacuum lifter can reach over a frame section or mullion of up to approximately 8 cm. This allows the suction pads to be positioned correctly even when the glass does not sit flush with the outer face of the frame.
This makes the V400 particularly suitable for renovation work, façade construction and installation projects where conventional vacuum lifters may simply be too bulky to reach the glass properly.
Traditional technology – reliable and easy to maintain
The V400 has deliberately been designed using proven, conventional components.
Instead of unnecessary complex electronics, it uses reliable technology that has proven itself in daily professional use. This means:
Less maintenance
Fewer failure-prone components
Easy fault diagnosis
Fast repair possibilities
Components that are straightforward to service and replace
This is particularly important on site. A vacuum lifter needs to work when you need it. And if something does go wrong, you do not want a machine sitting idle for days while a specialist electronic component has to be ordered or diagnosed.
Designed to minimise downtime
A reliable vacuum lifter is about more than just the machine itself. That is why we combine the simple and dependable technology of the V400 with the service and technical expertise of Gevelridder.
