Despite its compact construction, the V400 offers an impressive lifting capacity of up to 400 kg. This makes it suitable for lifting and positioning large glass panels as well as other smooth, airtight materials.

Secure Hold – additional safety for up to 20 minutes

Safety always comes first when working with vacuum lifting equipment. That is why the V400 is equipped with our Secure Hold system.

In the event of an unexpected malfunction or power failure, the vacuum can be maintained for up to approximately 20 minutes. This provides the operator with an important additional safety reserve and sufficient time to move the load into a safe and controlled position.

The Secure Hold system not only provides additional protection, but also greater peace of mind while working. You know that the load will not immediately lose its vacuum grip if something unexpected happens to the power supply.

Ideal for glass positioned deeper inside the frame

One of the V400’s particularly practical advantages is its ability to handle glass that is recessed deeper within a window or façade frame.

Thanks to its construction, the vacuum lifter can reach over a frame section or mullion of up to approximately 8 cm. This allows the suction pads to be positioned correctly even when the glass does not sit flush with the outer face of the frame.

This makes the V400 particularly suitable for renovation work, façade construction and installation projects where conventional vacuum lifters may simply be too bulky to reach the glass properly.
