My name is Astrid de Groot-Muyen, and I am the proud director of Muyen bv, Together with a dedicated team of 20 professionals, we work tirelessly every day to manufacture high-quality products specifically tailored to the glass industry. At Muyen bv, everything revolves around glass processing, transportation, lifting, and hoisting. Our products are each unique designs, manufactured in our own factory, “Made in Holland,” and we are incredibly proud of that.
Our distinctive always-green color and our reputation for simple yet clever solutions, high quality, sustainability, and excellent service have made us a well-known name in the glass industry. Especially in the field of lifting aids, we received recognition in the 1990s with the Emert Sinoo Prize from the Building and Wood Workers’ Union FNV. This award was followed by the “good practice” award in Bilboa a few years later for a few of our designs.
In addition to producing high-quality products, we also offer rental and inspection services. The website Glass Handling Holland is aimed at our international customers. Glass Handling Holland is the database for Glaziers, a place where we show our beautiful products, not only from the Muyen brand but also from other brands that align with our philosophy of high quality and safety.
